INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT

Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience during games or 1v1 2v2 etc. All other training is with a normal group. 

Equipment Needed: All campers must bring soccer cleats, shin guards, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.

CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING: Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items.

TEAM DISCOUNT If you have a group of 3 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $20 discount. If you have a group of 8 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $30 discount.

TRANSPORTATION Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours, so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

    All Clinics are 1 Day events, generally on a School Holiday or Weekend.

    All Clinics will be from 9am-3pm.

    As our Roots Camps,Roots Clinics emphasizes technical mastery, tactical awareness, and the seamless integration of both elements in game-like scenarios. This hybrid approach mirrors the demands of modern soccer, equipping you with the versatility and adaptability to excel in any situation.

    Each Clinic has ball mastery at its core so all players are able to continue their development during school holidays!

    ELITE ROOTS REGISTRATION

    The Elite Roots Development Program is a comprehensive training program that helps players develop all aspects of their game, including technical skills, tactical awareness, physical fitness, and mental toughness. The program includes a 4 periodized training sessions to help players reach their full potential.

    The training sessions focus on developing all aspects of the game, including:

    Technical skills: Players learn how to control the ball, pass, shoot, and dribble effectively.

    Tactical awareness: Players learn how to read the game, position themselves, and make informed decisions.

    Physical fitness: Players develop their speed, strength, endurance, and agility. and injury prevention

    Mental toughness: Players learn how to stay focused, manage their emotions, and persevere under pressure.

    Elite roots Development Program consists of 1 session per week for 4 (or 8) weeks. Each sessions is 75 Minutes. Register at any time, and attend the next session!
